Roxane Sheybani

Roxane Sheybani is a specialist in immigration law, as well as civil and criminal litigation. In a humane and efficient manner, she advises and represents her clients before the criminal, civil and administrative Courts, at the cantonal, federal and international levels.


In addition to her activity as a lawyer, she sits as a coordinator of both the Asylum and Immigration Law Group and Equality group of the Human Rights Committee of the Geneva Bar Association. She also organizes the Immigration Law Forum, regularly speaks at conferences and contributes to publications related to her fields of specialization.


Roxane Sheybani has been practicing as an independent lawyer since 2016 and created OratioFortis in 2021. She had previously worked for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and for the Legal Aid Service for Exiles, an association specialized in the defense of refugees.

Following her admission to the Geneva Bar in 2013, Luana Roberto practiced in three major Geneva law firms before joining the Geneva Criminal Court in 2017. She has been practicing as an independent lawyer since 2020. Continually driven by her strong instinct to defend the interests of others, she is committed to her clients, whether they are individuals, companies, international organizations or states, and offer them innovative, pragmatic and tailor-made solutions. 


Luana Roberto holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Lausanne, a Master's degree in International and European Law from the University of Geneva, a Certificate of Specialization in Lawyers and a Certificate in Advanced Studies in Human Rights. Firmly convinced that a lawyer never ceases to continue his/her legal education and improve his/her practice, she is currently completing a Certificate in Advanced Studies in Juvenile Justice. She has also had the opportunity to study and work in England, Spain and Italy, which has contributed to develop her adaptability and language skills, as well as her academic experience as a member of the Examination Board and External Assistant at the University of Bologna.

Her practice focuses mainly on general, economic and international criminal law cases involving complex legal issues, as well as international assistance and asset recovery, where she advises her clients at all procedural stages, before cantonal, federal, regional or international authorities, or within the framework of negotiations.


Luana Roberto also advises numerous companies, start-ups and associations in their daily challenges, be it in contract law, commercial law, new technologies or real estate law.

In the course of her practice, she has also assisted individuals in matrimonial and inheritance law procedures, including cases involving private international law.


Eager to put her skills at the service of the dissemination of law around the world, Luana Roberto joined the Committee of Experts for the Great Lakes Competition in 2019, a competition and training program in human rights, international and humanitarian law, which takes place annually in Rwanda and gathers participants of 30 universities from the area, as well as experts from around the world. In addition, she is a member of the Advisory Board and responsible for the legal pole of Rezalliance, an association for the advancement of inclusion in the professional world, an area of law she also practices.

Saskia von Fliedner

Saskia von Fliedner has been a member of the Geneva Bar since 2015. She is a skillful lawyer who has practiced both in law firms and in public administration. With her pragmatic approach to cases, she will guide you towards an effective solution, whether through litigation or negotiation. She will defend your interests with determination, uprightness and commitment.


Saskia von Fliedner was admitted to the bar in 2015. After obtaining a Master's degree in General Law (bilingual French-German) at the University of Fribourg, she becames a trainee in a Geneva law firm where she mainly practiced litigation,, especially in the area of criminal law.


She then worked for three years as a legal advisor for a city of more than 30'000 inhabitants and employing more than 500 people. In this context, she notably advised and trained department heads in the public sector and supported the general secretariat in the negotiation and monitoring of numerous large-scale real estate projects. She was also responsible for drafting municipal regulations in compliance with cantonal, federal and constitutional laws. As the city’s only lawyer, she advised all departments on a variety of day-to-day legal issues such as data protection, land use planning, leases, service contracts, criminal law, property law, labor law. Working closely with the Administrative Council, she assisted it in taking complex administrative decisions.

In parallel to her part-time activity with the City of Vernier, Saskia von Fliedner continued to practice in a small law firm in Geneva. She advised and represented clients in criminal law, traffic law, family law, administrative law, bankruptcy law, immigration law and banking law.


In February 2021, Saskia von Fliedner founded OratioFortis together with Roxane Sheybani and Luana Roberto.


Deeply aware of ecological and social challenges, Saskia von Fliedner has been involved in local politics since 2016 and has an extensive network in the Canton of Vaud.

Dahlia Kasme

Dahlia Kasme joined OratioFortis Avocates as a paralegal in 2019 and as a trainee lawyer in September 2022.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in law from the University of Geneva and a Master's degree in general law from the Universities of Geneva and Montreal. She obtained her Certificate of Specialisation in Lawyers in 2022.

Committed to human rights both in her professional and voluntary activities and in her studies, Dahlia Kasme is a member of the Association des juristes progressistes de Genève (AJP), the Ligue Suisse des droits de l'Homme (LSDH-Ge) and the Swiss Institute for Feminist legal studies and Gender Law (FRI).

In addition to her studies, Dahlia Kasme worked at the International Film Festival and Forum on Human Rights (FIFDH) as well as at the University of Geneva's Horizon académique program.

Dahlia Kasme also trained on gender and human rights issues by taking part in the Summer School on Gender and Human rights at the University of Geneva.
